April 1st marks the beginning of a new financial year in the UK. Alongside the humour and tomfoolery accompanying April Fool’s day, the new year brings relief to millions of people across he country as the business and budgets of the previous year come to a close, and preparation for a new beginning fires up.
From all walks of life, citizens will now have the time and space to focus on more important things than the flow of commerce, just as family, travel, a new rate of pocket money, music lessons, and other aspects of daily life which are likely to bring relaxation and a peaceful mentality.

This week, across the country, councillors and public servants breathe a sigh of relief as documents and submissions for 2009 are finalised.
There comes a fresh new bundle of commerce and opportunities made available to plan for and engage. This phase is a period of the feeling of generosity, which is marked naturally by the coming of spring, milder air and prevailing plenty.
